How many porta potties does a graduation party need?
A graduation open house with 150 guests over 4 hours needs 2 standard porta potties. A 250-guest open house over 5 to 6 hours needs 4. Open houses spread guests over the afternoon, so the 3–4 hour chart column fits most parties even when the open house is listed as 2 to 6 p.m.

|---|---|---|
| 75 | 1–2 | 2 |
| 100 | 2 | 3 |
| 150 | 2 | 3 |
| 200 | 3 | 4 |
| 250 | 3 | 4 |
| 300 | 4 | 5 |

When should I book a porta potty for a June graduation party?

We deliver Friday and pick up Monday for weekend parties at no extra charge. If you host on a weekday, the unit arrives the day before.
Where should the porta potty go at a grad party?
Place a grad party porta potty on level ground at the edge of the yard, about 50 to 100 feet from food tables and downwind if you can. Face the door away from the street and the tent. Keep a 10-foot path clear so our truck can reach it for delivery and pickup.
- Set a hand wash station beside the unit if food is served. Hand wash stations.
- Add a wheelchair-accessible unit if grandparents or guests with mobility needs are coming.
- Put a small solar light by the door if the party runs past dusk.
