When will the units arrive and leave?
Event units arrive the day before your event and leave the day after. For a Saturday or Sunday event, we usually deliver Friday and pick up Monday at no extra charge. Weekday events get a delivery window the day before. Every event unit arrives cleaned, stocked and ready.
Graduation party season in Central Minnesota runs from late May through June, and those weekends fill up. Book two or more weeks ahead for a June Saturday. Read the graduation party guide.

Where should event porta potties go?
Event porta potties should go on level ground, close enough that guests can see them but downwind of food and seating, about 50 to 100 feet away. Group them in one spot with a hand wash station at the exit side, and light the path if the event runs past dark.
- Keep doors facing away from tables and the street.
- Leave a 10-foot-wide path for our truck to reach the units.
- Place the wheelchair-accessible unit on the firmest, flattest spot with a clear route.
- Large festivals: plan more than one cluster so lines stay short.
