What does a restroom trailer need on site?
A restroom trailer needs a level spot about the trailer's length plus 10 feet, a standard 110-volt, 20-amp outdoor outlet within about 100 feet for lights, fans and pumps, and a clear tow path for our pickup truck. Many trailers carry their own fresh water; others need a garden hose connection.
- Level ground: within a few inches end to end so doors and pumps work. We level with jacks and blocks.
- Power: one dedicated outdoor circuit; we can quote a generator if none is available.
- Access: gate at least 10 feet wide, no low branches under 13 feet.
- Steps: trailers have steps, so add a wheelchair-accessible unit nearby.

Restroom trailer vs porta potties for a wedding
A restroom trailer suits weddings with dressed-up guests, long receptions and evening lighting needs. Porta potties suit casual events, tight budgets and sites without power. A 150-guest wedding with a bar can use one 2-stall trailer plus 1 deluxe and 1 wheelchair-accessible unit, or 3 deluxe flushing units plus 1 accessible unit.

How much does a restroom trailer rental cost in St. Cloud?
A 2-stall restroom trailer usually quotes at $950–$1,800 for a weekend event, depending on size, distance and service. Larger trailers and multi-day events are quoted per job.
How many guests does a restroom trailer serve?
A 2-stall trailer covers about 100 guests over a 5-hour event with a bar. A 4-stall trailer covers about 250. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit beside any trailer, since trailers have steps.
Does the restroom trailer need water?
Many trailers carry onboard fresh water for the event. Some models need a garden hose; we tell you which when we quote.
Can a restroom trailer be used in winter?
Winterized trailers can work in cold weather with heat running and power on the whole time. Ask about winter availability before planning a cold-month event.
Do you deliver restroom trailers to farm and barn venues?
We deliver trailers to farm and barn venues when our truck can reach a level spot with power nearby. Send a photo of the spot if the approach is grass or gravel.
