Booking and delivery

Can you deliver a porta potty today?

Same-day delivery is available across the St. Cloud area when you call in the morning and a unit is free on today's route. Afternoon calls are set for first thing tomorrow.

How much notice do you need?

One day is enough for most job sites. Book event units 1–2 weeks ahead in summer and restroom trailers 4–8 weeks ahead for summer Saturdays.

What information do you need to book?

We need the delivery address, the dates, the number of guests or workers, the unit type, a contact phone and any gate code or access notes.

Do you deliver on Saturdays and Sundays?

We deliver Monday through Saturday. Weekend events get Friday delivery and Monday pickup at no extra charge.

Will the delivery come at a specific time?

Deliveries come in a window, usually morning or afternoon. Tell us if you need it before a set time and we plan the route around it.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

You don't need to be there. Mark the spot with a cone or flag and we text you when the unit is set.

Can you deliver to a city park or campground?

We deliver to parks and campgrounds when the park allows it. Many parks require an event permit; check with the park office first.

Are you a local company?

Parker Portable Toilets Rental is owner-run and dispatches from St. Cloud. You talk to the people who schedule the trucks.

How far do you deliver from St. Cloud?

We deliver to towns within about 80 miles of St. Cloud, including the northwest Twin Cities metro and the Brainerd, Alexandria and Willmar areas.

Pricing and billing

How much does a porta potty cost for one day?

A one-day event rental is priced as a weekend event: usually $225–$350 for a standard unit, including delivery the day before and pickup the day after.

How much does a porta potty cost per month?

A standard unit usually runs $200–$325 per 28-day cycle with weekly service, plus a $75–$150 one-time delivery and pickup charge.

Is the delivery fee charged per unit or per order?

Delivery is charged per trip, not per unit, when all units go to one address on one day.

Is the price per day or for the whole weekend?

Event pricing covers the whole event window: delivery before and pickup after. You are not charged per day for a weekend.

If I keep it a week past 28 days, what am I charged?

A new 28-day cycle starts on day 29. Call for pickup before day 29 to avoid the next cycle.

Do you need a deposit?

Standard rentals need no separate deposit; we take a card at booking. Restroom trailers take a deposit to hold the date.

Do you send a contract?

You get a short rental agreement by text or email covering dates, service, damage and pickup. You can sign it on your phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Contractor accounts can be invoiced.

Are taxes and fuel charges included?

Your quote shows tax and any fuel or rush charge on separate lines, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Do you charge a rush fee for same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery inside St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and Waite Park usually has no rush fee. Farther same-day runs can add $75–$150; we tell you before booking.

What's the difference between a standard and a deluxe unit?

A standard unit has a toilet, urinal and hand sanitizer. A deluxe unit adds a foot-pump flush and a sink with soap and towels.

Our deluxe flushing units have a foot-pump sink inside. You can also add a freestanding hand wash station to any order.

Do you rent handicap-accessible porta potties?

We rent wheelchair-accessible units with a ground-level floor, grab bars and room for a 60-inch turning circle.

Do you rent restroom trailers?

We rent restroom trailers with flushing porcelain toilets, vanities, lights and climate control for weddings and VIP events.

Do you have hand wash stations?

We rent freestanding hand wash stations with foot-pump water, soap and paper towels.

How tall is a porta potty?

A standard porta potty is about 7.5 feet tall, 44 inches wide and 47 inches deep.

Will a porta potty fit through my gate?

A standard unit needs about a 48-inch gate. Accessible units need about 66 inches. Our service truck needs a 10-foot lane to reach within 25 feet.

How many gallons does the tank hold?

A standard unit's waste tank holds about 60 gallons, rated at roughly 200 uses between services.

Can I lock the porta potty?

Units have an inside latch. We can add an outside hasp for your padlock; leave a key or code for our driver.

Is toilet paper included?

Every unit comes stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and we restock at each service.

Cleaning and service

How often do you clean the porta potty?

Rentals longer than a week get one service visit per week: pump-out, wash-down, fresh deodorizer and a restock.

Can I get the unit cleaned twice a week?

A second weekly service can be added for big crews, hot weeks or heavy use.

Will you let me know before the cleaning so I can open the gate?

Tell us your service day preference and gate details. If you need a heads-up text before each visit, we add it to your account.

Do you clean units before delivery?

Every unit is pumped, washed, deodorized and stocked before it leaves the yard.

Do I need service for a one-week rental?

A rental of 7 days or less usually needs no mid-rental service unless it is heavily used.

Where does the waste go?

Waste is hauled to a licensed treatment facility. It is never dumped on site.

Events and weddings

How many porta potties do I need for 150 guests?

150 guests need 2 units for 3–4 hours and 3 units for 5–6 hours. Add 1 if alcohol is served.

Can you deliver the day before my event?

Event units arrive the day before so you can see the setup. Weekend events get Friday delivery.

Do you offer porta potties for a birthday party at home?

We deliver single units and small groups for birthday parties, open houses and backyard gatherings.

Should I get a restroom trailer for a wedding?

Choose a trailer for formal receptions with power nearby. Choose deluxe flushing units for casual weddings or sites without power.

Can I get a pink or special-color unit?

Color depends on stock. Ask when you book; we confirm what is available for your date.

Construction and job sites

What does OSHA require for porta potties on a job site?

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires at least 1 toilet for up to 20 workers and 1 seat plus 1 urinal per 40 workers above that.

Can you deliver to a residential roofing job?

We deliver to roofing and remodel jobs, usually the same day across the St. Cloud area when you call in the morning.

Can you move the unit as the job moves?

We relocate units on the same property at no extra charge. Call and we move it on the next route.

Do you service gated commercial sites?

We service gated sites; share gate hours and a site contact so service is never missed.

Can I rent a porta potty for my home while my bathroom is being remodeled?

Homeowners often rent a unit during a remodel so crews stay out of the house. We bill every 28 days and stop when you call.

Placement, permits and weather

Where should I put the porta potty?

Put it on firm, level ground within 25 feet of where our truck can park, out of traffic and away from food and seating.

Can a porta potty sit on grass?

A unit can sit on firm, level grass. Avoid low spots that hold water and soft lawn after heavy rain.

Do I need a permit for a porta potty?

On private property, generally no. On a street, sidewalk or city park, check with your city before placement.

Can you put a porta potty on the street in front of my house?

Street placement usually needs city approval. Driveway or side-yard placement avoids the permit step.

Do porta potties freeze in winter?

We treat winter tanks with a freeze-resistant solution at delivery and every service, so standard units stay usable.

What happens during spring load limits?

Rural deliveries can shift a day while MnDOT and county load limits are posted in spring.

Pickup and changes

How do I schedule pickup?

Call or text us. Billing stops that day and the unit leaves on our next route, usually within 1–2 business days.

Can I extend my rental?

Long rentals continue automatically. Event rentals can extend by calling before the pickup date.

What if I need to cancel?

Changes or cancellations 48 hours or more before delivery are free. See our rental terms for details.

What if the porta potty is damaged or tipped over?

Call us right away. We clean and reset it; vandalism or misuse damage is billed at cost.
